TAP Studio - Extract Accounting Data from Invoices

This use case presents how to extract data from an invoice using the activity Extract Text to define an anchor and the field to be extracted data from.

In this example, the robot will extract accounting data (invoice number, customer name, invoice date, due date, PO Number, service invoiced, and invoice amount) from 3 invoices and export the extracted data in Excel, using our specific activities Open Excel WorkBook, Set Cell Value and Close Excel WorkBook.
